Tonypandy Fire Station Refurbishment
We refurbished a live, full-time fire station based in Rhondda Cynon Taff, South Wales.

Description of work
The station was to remain fully operational throughout the refurbishment so a phased approach to the project was required to ensure works did not impact on any way the day-to-day operations of the station.
The contract involved a significant M&E package; demolition & alterations; roof repairs; glazing; sanitaryware & IPS; rainscreen cladding; internal finishes; and FF&E.
The project was completed on time despite numerous issues associated with COVID-19
