We currently provide reactive planned & maintenance services to public sector & private clients through framework agreements and on an ad hoc basis. These predominantly take the form of hard services, but we are able to administer soft services through our supply chain where requested.

Refurbishment
We have an-depth knowledge of refurbishment and have delivered refurbishment projects to offices, restaurants, train stations, shop fit outs and fire stations. These have been delivered through both Design & Build and traditional forms of contract.
New build
We have extensive experience in delivering new build projects from concept stage across a variety sectors. We are also available to offer a turnkey approach and / or joint venture to suitable clients.
Civil Engineering & Groundworks
We have a civil engineering & groundworks division who deliver services to public sector & private clients and to main contractors. Services include site clearance, excavation, foundations, retaining structures, macadam surfacing, concreting, drainage & hard landscaping.
